I wanted to send a thank you to you and the entire team at Hercules. You saved the day from the beginning by being able to schedule our move with little notice, that same responsiveness and customer service lasted during the move. We really appreciate everyone's hard work to get us moved into our new home on time. We would recommend Hercules over the other national big name companies any day!

We did have one of the dining room chairs slightly damaged and the sandbox is missing, but I trust all will be resolved in the same professional manner you all have exhibited to date.

Dear Josh,

I just wanted to take the time to write you a BIG HUGE THANK YOU for making my move so smooth.
During the weeks leading up to my move, even before I had chosen Hercules, you were always there and responsive to all my questions and concerns.  I appreciated how flexible and patient you were with me while I resigned from my job, a process that took longer than I expected.  I thought your process of quoting based on a list of items was very efficient and effective. I liked how I didn't have to set up a time consuming home visit for you to check out all of my things before giving me a quote.  Once I decided on Hercules I appreciated you tailoring the contact with me so that I was comfortable with the terms. I chose Hercules partly because the bid was competitive, but mostly because of your superior customer service skills and proactiveness. 
The pick up of my items went so smoothly! I was able to enjoy coffee with a friend while your guys packed up my things and I was able to hit the road to CA that day, ahead of schedule!  The delivery was even better, ahead of schedule, just a few days later. I was surprised how quickly my things arrived considering we used Beekins for our move from CA to CO and they took weeks! Vadime and his partner moved everything in my house perfectly and were so nice and friendly. I really was so pleased with the whole process, you guys are the best. Please feel free to use me for any future references and if you want to forward me your managers email, ill write a note about what a positive experience I had working with you as well. Thanks again for everything, you rock!
