Hi Susan,
Just wanted you to know what a superb job your company did in packing, moving and unloading our antique furniture in Milwaukee.
I never knew that so many books could fit into 2 boxes! Our family heirloom marble top vanity dresser was properly packed and crated, and they had no trouble moving it to the third floor.
Our other furniture was secured and boxed, and also arrived without a scratch. The packers knew how to take apart the two fireplace brassers, and the clever fellow who carried them into the Brumder B and B, could put them together by just looking at a photo on my computer! You hire talented, hardworking people!
I also appreciated how everything was spelled out clearly in the contracts, which protects both you and your clients.
As far as I'm concerned, the Better Business Bureau can go pound sand with their evaluation of you, and I will recommend your company to others.

The movers wrapped up my fragile items and breakable items (there was an extra charge for the wrapping which I was not expecting, but it was worth it because nothing was broken!). The men were strong, courteous and professional.

I was moving from Seattle WA to Jacksonville FL in September 2011. We were tight on our budget and was happy to find Hercules Movers. Then, after signing the contract I decided to read reviews - I was so nervous after reading so many negative reviews. I called Susan (representative) and honestly shared how nervous I am about reviews. I learned from all mistakes that people do, so I asked Susan to sent representative to my home prior the actual moving day and lock the real price by pointing at each item and getting a real quote (rather than do it over the phone). She was saying that it is not easy, but I said until I don't have representative at my home I will not work with them until they sent someone an tell me the real price for all the Items that we want to ship.
They sent a real nice men named Constantine - I was so happy he came! He actually helped me to save and even LOWER MY BUDGET! By pointing at each item and saying how much it will cost - we could decide if we really want to pack it or not...
To make a long story short - the did a great job of transporting our staff - even thou I always expected the worse (after reading those horrible reviews).
They came on time to pick up my boxes!
They packed all the staff really good with no extra charge!
My staff arrived within the dates they promised!
It was always easy to reach Susan or Konstantin and ask any question - they have been very patient with all my suspicious questions. Thank you guys! :)
I had three more boxes to add later - they excepted that! That was really nice of them!
There were only one plate broken and candle holder and one leg was broke - but they fixed it right on the spot! I did not expect that!
I AM BOLDLY RECOMMEND HERCULES TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
DO NOT TRUST ALL OF THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO MUCH! SOME OF THEM MAY BE TRUE - BUT SOME ARE MISS COMMUNICATION...

I had a good experience with this company, which starkly differs from the other reviewers. You win some & lose some, I guess... If you go with Hercules, specifically request Tara in sales and Ari in transport. Tara was helpful and responsive. Ari was the driver who delivered my stuff- really great guy who was on time, kind, careful and completely trustworthy. After my load was... unloaded, Ari carefully secured the remaining goods before pushing off. He absolutely wowed onlookers with his mastery of 18-wheeler 3-point turning. I'd use Hercules again, but probably only if Ari were involved. :)

I had the pleasure of using Hercules Moving Company from Phoenix to the greater Detroit area a couple of months ago.
The company rep, Lee, was very helpful with answering questions and making my move less stressful.
With all moving companies there is bound to be conflicts, as moving is very over whelming.
The movers were quick , polite and professional and delivery was within a reasonable amount of time.
Take a step back and let people do their jobs...
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
